Melamin dd Kocevje is a Slovenia-based company. It is engaged in the manufacture of products for paper industry, including paper agents, synthetic sizing agents, paper surface upgrading agents, fixing agents, retention, flocculation and dewatering agents; paint and lacquer industry products, including methylated melamine formaldehyde resins, butylated melamine, urea and benzoguanamine etherified resins and mixed ethers; rubber industry products; footwear manufacturing; civil engineering products, including modified melamine formaldehyde resins, as well as wood processing industry products, including impregnated decorative paper, wood adhesives and decorative papers resins. Additionally, the Company offers adhesion promoters, impregnated textile and extruded materials, fire retardants, absorptive polymers, antifreeze agents and parquet lacquers. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's parent entity was NFD Holding dd Ljubljana, with a 53.26% stake.
