Meiho Enterprise Co., Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the end of second quarter and full fiscal year ending July 31, 2023. For the end of second quarter, the company expects revenues of JPY 2,700 million, operating loss of JPY 260 million and loss attributable to owners of parent of JPY 410 million or JPY 17.36 per basic share.
For the full year, the company expects revenues of JPY 18,000 million, operating profit of JPY 1,070 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 490 million and Basic earnings per share of JPY 20.75 per basic share.
MEIHO ENTERPRISE CO., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the real estate business. The Real Estate Allotment Sale segment is engaged in the allotment sale of condominiums developed by the Company, the renovation and sale of pre-owned condominiums, the development of attached house and town house, as well as the allotment sale of properties as its joint venture business. The Real Estate Leasing segment leases condominiums and buildings. The Real Estate Brokerage segment is involved in the brokerage business of land for condominium use, as well as other brokerage businesses. The Others segment provides real estate leasing-related services, such as the acquisition of construction management fee and other various consulting reward.
