MedFirst Healthcare Services, Inc. announced cash dividends of TWD 67,597,642, TWD 1.59869966 per share changed from original dividend distribution of TWD 1.6 per share. Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) date is June 27, 2024; Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) record date is July 05, 2024; Payment date of cash dividend distribution is July 26, 2024. Reason for the change: Since the second unsecured convertible Bonds' holders requested conversion, the number of the outstanding shares have been changed.
According to the resolutions of board of directors authorized by 2024 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting,the Chairman is authorized to adjust the ratios of dividends.
