MCNICHOLS CONSOLIDATED PLC hereby announce as follows:

Period Ended	31st December 2022
Proposed Dividend	A Final Dividend of 1 Kobo for every share of 50 Kobo, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 31st day of May, 2023.
Proposed Bonus	NIL
Closure of Register	The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 1st June to 5th June 2023.
Qualification Date	May 31, 2023
Payment Date	On August 3 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 31st May, 2023 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
E-Dividend Registration	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar'sE-Dividend Mandate Activation Form,which is also available on the website of the Registrars:https://www.fsl.ng/downloads/E-mandate-form-Coronation-Reg-1.pdf, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
