Marico Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 24,070 million compared to INR 21,220 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 24,290 million compared to INR 21,460 million a year ago. Net income was INR 3,100 million compared to INR 3,070 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.4 compared to INR 2.38 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.4 compared to INR 2.38 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 73,510 million compared to INR 60,360 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 74,250 million compared to INR 61,070 million a year ago. Net income was INR 9,750 million compared to INR 9,520 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 7.55 compared to INR 7.38 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 7.54 compared to INR 7.38 a year ago.
