From April 2, 2019 to April 3, 2019, the company has repurchased 805,800 shares, representing 2.5% for ¥2,000 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 805,800 shares, representing 2.5% for ¥2,000 million under the buyback announced on April 2, 2019.
MAEDA KOSEN CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the social infrastructure business that mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of civil engineering materials, building materials, agricultural materials and non-woven fabrics. The Company operates through three business segments. The Social Infrastructure segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of embankment reinforcements, civil engineering sheets, river revetment materials, slope disaster prevention products, drainage materials, polymer cement mortar, among others.
