Certain Common Stock of Macbee Planet,Inc. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 28-JUN-2020. These Common Stock will be under lockup for 90 days starting from 30-MAR-2020 to 28-JUN-2020.

In connection with the Offer and the sale of the underwriters through the purchase transaction, Yusuke Kojima and Masakazu Matsumoto, directors and sellers of the Company, MG Godo Kaisha, a shareholder, seller and lender of the Company, Director Hideyuki Uraya will provide the lead managing company with the lead managing company during the period from the date of execution of the underwriting agreement to September 26, 2020, 180 days after the listing (trading start) date (including the day).
In addition, Masakazu Hasegawa (the trustee of the Stock Acquisition Rights Trust (the 2nd Stock Acquisition Rights), which holds the Stock Acquisition Rights of the Company), makes a contract with the lead manager company on the day of listing from the date of execution of the underwriting agreement. Until 90 days after (including June 28, 2020), without the prior written consent of the lead managing company.
