LuckLand Co., Ltd. (TSE:9612) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Koritsu Kogyo Co., Ltd. on July 3, 2017. LuckLand Co., Ltd. will acquire 65 shares of Koritsu Kogyo Co., Ltd. as part of the transaction. Koritsu Kogyo Co., Ltd. had total assets of ¥216.3 million, net assets of ¥122.02 million, revenue of ¥235.6 million, EBIT of ¥23.02 million and net profit of ¥12.96 million as on December 31, 2016. The transaction is expected to complete on July 6, 2017.
