As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary, namely Lovisagruvan Utveckling AB, as well as held 7% of shares of Northfield Exploration AB. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s largest shareholder was Pavillion Life Insurance, which held 13,8% of shares.
