Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 25,000,000 shares for $1,000 million. The purpose of the program is to enable the company to purchase shares from time to time when its officers deem it appropriate for the company to do so. The program has no expiration date.
