Last Mile Enterprises Limited (BSE:526961) agreed to acquire 50.5% stake in Damson Technologies Private Limited for approximately INR 120 million on February 29, 2024. The consideration consists of INR 120 million in cash. As part of the consideration, INR 120 million was paid towards common equity.

The turnover of Damson Technologies Private Limited for FY 2023 stood at INR 9638.5 million. The transaction is expected to be completed in one-two months.
