The company’s shareholder, Kunimine Enterprise K.K., has agreed not to dispose of securities for a period of 180 days beginning on the decision date of issue price after the transfer date of the general subscription.

The Bentonite segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of litter for civil engineering and construction, castings and pets, the purchase, sale and transportation of mud conditioning formulation and others.
