Kokuyo Co., Ltd. (TSE:7984) agreed to acquire HNI Hong Kong Limited from HNI Corporation (NYSE:HNI) for Ñ 9176 million on July 20, 2022. As per December 31, 2021 HNI Hong Kong Limited net assets is Ñ 4297, Total assets is Ñ 10495, and total revenue is Ñ 12521. Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services Co. Ltd. acted as financial advisor to Kokuyo Co., Ltd. in the transaction.
