Kodaco Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A046070) announced a private placement of 9th unregistered coupon non guaranteed private convertible bond for gross proceeds of KRW 20,000,000,000 on June 29, 2012. The bonds will be subscribed by KoFC Skylake Growth Champ 2010-5 PEF, a fund managed by Skylake Incuvest & Co. The bond will bear a coupon rate of 2% per annum and yield to maturity of 8% with a conversion price of KRW 2,625 per share of the company's common stock and a maturity date of July 16, 2017. The 100% conversion period starts on July 16, 2013 and ends on June 16, 2017. The payment date for the transaction will be July 16, 2012.
