The Autorité des marchés financiers has been informed that, during the period of the simplified tender offer (OPAS) for Keyrus shares, i.e. from July 21 to August 3 inclusive, K Eagle Investment acquired 717,209 shares at a unit price of seven euros.

As a result, at the close of the OPAS, the initiator, in concert with certain Keyrus managers, held 12,329,668 shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 71.36% of the capital and 70.80% of the voting rights of this technology consulting company.
