Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 51.67 million compared to PHP 7.48 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 38.07 million compared to net loss of PHP 3.58 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.13 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.13 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.01 a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was PHP 526.35 million compared to PHP 30.41 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 486.01 million compared to net loss of PHP 6.85 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.65 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.02 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.65 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.02 a year ago.
