Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 99.41 million compared to PHP 18.12 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 88.2 million compared to PHP 7.46 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.3 compared to PHP 0.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.3 compared to PHP 0.03 a year ago.
Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which holds investments in associates and joint venture involved in property development and holding of investment properties and renders management consultancy services to its joint venture.
