Changfeng Yunfan Selection No. 1 Private Equity Investment Fund, managed by Changfeng Private Fund Management (Hainan) Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a stake in Jiangsu Baoli International Investment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300135) from Zhou Dehong and Zhou Xiufeng for CNY 150 million on October 31, 2023.
