Italian Food & Beverage Corp. in association with Brand Out Inc. is announcing the opening of its second location, in Eataly’s Rome Stazione Ostiense. As with its initial location, this new site will come under the management of Chef Nico Brizzi and IFBC Vice President Andrea Di Gregorio. Only 10 months after the opening of its first successful location, IFBC followed up with this additional site, which offers a much larger dining area, and is located next to the “big box” international retailer, IKEA. In conformity with Eataly’s successful strategic format of offering high-quality street food to diners of all ages and tastes, this new location allows for a quick (non-fast food) breakfast, lunch or dinner in a manner consistent with the Italian emphasis on quality of food and of life. This is most evident by its offerings of fresh squeezed, anti-oxidant juices, fresh fruit, nutritious whole grain granola, natural, low-fat yogurt, and a salad bar featuring humus, eggs, panzanelle, quinoa and other wholesome and natural delights. In addition to this bountiful array of healthful fare, IFBC was approved for the on-site sale of the wine of Tenuta Casteani. https://www.casteani.it/en/.
