The Peck Company Holdings, Inc. Appoints Daniel Dus to Board of Directors and as Chairman of Audit Committee

The Peck Company Holdings, Inc. announced that Daniel Dus, a renewable energy business expert, has been appointed to its board of directors and as chairman of the Board’s audit committee, effective September 25, 2019. Mr. Dus currently serves as Head of Renewables Business, North America for a large, fully-integrated multinational company, which consists of six publicly traded companies. In solar industry executive roles, Mr. Dus has managed the execution of over $1 billion of solar assets across 1,400 projects in 17 states nationwide. He has held various strategic, financial, and management roles throughout his career and has been an influential leader focused on eliminating barriers in order to most effectively deploy and utilize renewable energy. Mr. Dus will serve as a director until the next annual meeting of the company's stockholders, at which time he will stand for election until the annual meeting of the company's stockholders following his election, or his earlier resignation, retirement or other termination of service.
