IProperty : Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

What you will be doing?

• Recruit top talent and fulfil the workforce plan.
• Reimagine iProperty Group's recruitment processes to ensure a world class experience for hiring manager and candidates.
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer
• Work with the global TA team to develop a unique, relevant and compelling Employee Value Proposition and create the external branding to reach the target talent pools
• Develop long-term sourcing strategies for critical talent segments.
• Use your creativity and technical aptitude to build iProperty Group's online presence and a pipeline of great talent throughout the region.
• Implement processes and programs to drive recruitment efficiencies.
• Create, coach and lead the Senior TA Specialist and provide the capability to enable the successful implementation of the local Talent Acquisition strategy.

What are the requirements?

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent Professional Qualification in Human Resources field.
• You are driven to achieve results by ensuring our recruitment processes deliver cost effective, high volume and at times, highly specialised, recruitment outcomes.
• You have a mindset and can think long-term around building a pipeline of talent for our business in Asia.
• You bring a highly analytical approach to your role; data is the foundation for the decisions you make
• You are obsessive and relentless when it comes to finding distinctive and enduring ways to build our brand in the Asian marketplace.
• You can operate within a very fast paced environment and influence effectively across the organisation.
• Whilst you have a passion for innovation, you also have a logical and process-oriented mindset.
