Minerales Industrias Corporation reported at its board meeting held on July 11, 2012, the board has elected Mr. Alfredo P. Javellan II as new independent director/Chairman of the board of directors of the audit committee of the company, replacing Mr. Victoria M Vazquez who resigned from such positions on July 9, 2012.
IPM Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based company.
