iPeople, inc. announced that Mr. Renato C. Valencia has resigned as Chairman of company, effective January 31, 2022, and that Dr. Reynaldo B. Vea will replace him as Chairman upon election during the Special Meeting of the Board scheduled on January 31, 2022. In view of the resignation of Mr. Valencia as Chairman, and the current re-organization of Company, the following directors were elected, after prior qualification and endorsement of the Corporate Governance, Nomination and RPT Committee, to the following positions during the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors on January 31, 2022: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)- Dr. Reynaldo B. Vea and President and Chief Operating Officer (COO)- Mr. Alfredo Antonio I. Ayala. The above-mentioned Officers and Lead Independent Director shall serve as such starting February 1, 2022.
