VENET-LUX sp. Z o o acquired 10% of stake in Amabee Centrum Applications Mobilnych sp. Z oo from ArtP Capital S.A. (WSE:TYP) for PLN 0.02 million on October 27, 2020. The sold 10% stake constitutes 10 shares of Amabee Centrum. After the transaction ArtP Capital does not own any Amabee shares.
