ING announces that, as part of its 2.5 billion euro share buyback program announced on May 2, it bought back 3,177,015 shares last week at an average price of 15.85 euros, representing a total outlay of over 50.35 million euros.

To date, the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank under this program is 63.08 million, for a total consideration of over 1.01 billion euros, or around 40.6% of the program's maximum total value.
