Implenia has won the order to build a residential development in Aarau for around CHF 50 million. Working as general contractor for real estate company Mobimo, the group is constructing eight buildings with a total of 92 owner-occupied homes. The project is being built on Plot 4 of the 'Torfeld Sud' development.

Together with the properties on Plots 1 and 2 and the existing parkland, this will form the new 'Aeschbach Quartier'.
