ILJIN Partners Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 80.9% stake in Artech Co.,Ltd from ILJIN Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A015860) on April 19, 2019. Under the terms, ILJIN Partners will acquire 0.42 million shares of Artech. Post-acquisition, Artech is being excluded as the subsidiary of ILJIN Holdings. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of ILJIN Holdings. The transaction is expected to be completed by April 19, 2019.
