Free is the first operator to include unlimited texting to mobile phones in French overseas departments *** Calls to landlines and mobile phones in Mayotte are now included in its Freebox Revolution and mobile plans

Free took its offerings up another notch by including unlimited SMS from metropolitan France to mobile phones in all of the overseas departments (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, La Reunion and Mayotte) in its mobile plans.

What is more, Free subscribers, whose Freebox Revolution or mobile phone plans included calls to landlines and mobile phones in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and La Reunion, can now enjoy unlimited calling (or within the 2-hour allowance for subscribers to the 2-euro per month plan) to landlines and mobile phones in Mayotte, at no extra cost. In a word, Free's Freebox Revolution and mobile phone plans now cover calls to landlines and mobile phones in all of France's overseas departments.

For subscribers to the unbundled or optical fiber Freebox V5 offering, who opt for or who already avail of the "Call to mobile phones" option, the new offering of calls to mobile phones is Mayotte is integrated in the option.
