IID, Inc. (TSE:6038) entered into a contract to acquire 70.7% stake in FIT Pacific, Inc. on October 25, 2022. The Board of Directors of IID, Inc. resolved the transaction on October 25, 2022. The planned execution date of share transfer is November 1, 2022.

Content Marketing Solutions (CMS) segment is mainly involved in the provision of two solutions: research solutions and e-commerce (EC) solutions.
