IID, Inc. (TSE:6038) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 30,000 shares, representing 0.6% of its total shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares), for a total of ¥30 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to return profits to shareholders and to implement a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment.
The repurchase program is valid till April 30, 2023. As of January 31, 2023, the company had 4,988,507 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and had 74,093 shares in treasury.

Content Marketing Platform (CMP) segment operates 52 Website media & content and five magazines covering 20 genres, mainly news Websites, for seven industries such as automobiles and related products. Content Marketing Solutions (CMS) segment is mainly involved in the provision of two solutions: research solutions and e-commerce (EC) solutions.
