iCRAFT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A052460) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 2,500 million worth of its own shares, pursuant to a contract with Shinhan Investment Corp. The purpose of the program is increase share price stability and shareholder value. The plan will be valid up to February 11, 2020. As on August 11, 2019, the company had 1,500,000 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
