Ichigo Office REIT Investment Corporation (TSE:8975) agreed to acquire Two Office Assets from GK Kizuna1 for Ñ6.25 billion on January 24, 2023. The transaction is expected to fund from Cash-on-hand, Loans. The rental income of Two Office Assets of FY 22 is Ñ345 million of which Ichigo Hakataeki Higashi Building has Ñ178 million and Fukuoka Kensetsu Kaikan has Ñ167 million.
The transaction is expected to complete on January 27, 2023.
