Park Youngkyu acquired 0.07% stake in ACT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A138360) from New Port Fund for KRW 51.4 million on December 22, 2017. Under the terms of transaction, Park Youngkyu acquired 4,077 shares at KRW 12,600 each.
