HRS Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A036640) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 238,663 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhance the shareholders' value. The program will be valid till July 8, 2020. As of April 7, 2020, the company had no shares in treasury within scope available dividend and no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
