Hongli Zhihui Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300219) signed Equity Transfer Contract to acquire 14.9% stake in Jiangxi Hongli Opto-Electronic Co., Ltd. from Nanchang Industry Development Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 100 million on October 28, 2020. As per terms of transaction, Hongli Zhihui Group Co., Ltd. shall pay Nanchang Industry Development Investment Co., Ltd. CNY 30 million within three working days from the date of signing the contract; CNY 20 million before December 31, 2020; and CNY 50 million the transfer price and interest of the third phase before April 15, 2021. On November 3, 2020 the transaction has been approved by Hongli's board of directors.
Hongli Zhihui Group Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the production and sales of light emitting diode (LED) packaging products and general lighting products. The Company operates three segments: LED Packaging segment, LED Automotive Lighting segment and Internet Owner Services segment. The LED Packaging segment is mainly engaged in the production and sales of LED packaging products and general lighting products. The LED Automotive Lighting segment is mainly engaged in the production and sales of automotive lighting products. The Internet Owner Services segment is mainly engaged in Internet services.
