Court ruling on Abertis AP-7 has immaterial impact on HOCHTIEF results

In relation to the ruling of the Spanish Supreme Court, notified yesterday, which resolves the appeal of Acesa, a subsidiary of Abertis, in relation to the AP 7 agreement, the impact of this ruling on HOCHTIEF's consolidated accounts is EUR -5.8 million and therefore is immaterial and will not affect its results.
