Hibino Corporation reported consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2018. Net sales were JPY 29,732,434,000 compared to JPY 29,133,050,000 a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 1,073,238,000 compared to JPY 1,073,238,000 a year ago. Ordinary profit was JPY 1,713,299,000 compared to JPY 2,160,906,000 a year ago. Profit before income taxes was JPY 734,423,000 compared to JPY 532,744,000 a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 1,038,534,000 compared to JPY 1,500,308,000 a year ago. Earnings per share was JPY 103.79 compared to JPY 149.88 a year ago. Net assets per share was JPY 927.44 compared to JPY 857.82 a year ago. Cash flows from operating activities was JPY 2,868,000 compared to JPY 4,218,000 a year ago.
For the six months ending September 30, 2018, the company expects net sales of JPY 14,500 million, operating profit of JPY 300 million, ordinary profit of JPY 450 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 270 million and earnings per share of JPY 27.04.
For the year ended March 31, 2019, the company expects net sales of JPY 33,000 million, operating profit of JPY 1,250 million, ordinary profit of JPY 1,500 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 900 million and earnings per share of JPY 90.14.
