The Company operates through four business segments. The Sales and Installation Business segment primarily handles the sale of professional audio, video, lighting, and control equipment, as well as system design, installation, and maintenance. The Architectural Acoustics Construction Business segment primarily handles the design and construction of architectural acoustics. The Concert and Event Services segment primarily handles the planning, rental, and operation of audio and video systems for concerts and events, as well as the recording, broadcasting, track-down, and authoring of concerts and events. The Other Business segment primarily handles the sale of office furniture and the design and construction of office spaces.
