As previously reported in the Original Form 8-K, the Board of HF Sinclair Corporation appointed Jeanne M. Johns to serve as a member of the Board, effective as of February 13, 2024. On May 22, 2024, Ms. Johns was appointed to serve as a member of the Environmental, Health, Safety and Public Policy Committee and Nominating, Governance and Social Responsibility Committee of the Board.
