Mega International Investment Services Co., Ltd made an offer to acquire 8.08% Stake in HEP Tech Co., Ltd. (GTSM:3609) for TWD 61.4 million on May 20, 2020. Mega International offered to acquire 2.45 million shares at an offer price of TWD 25 per share. If the number of shares to be sold is less than 1,000 shares, the tender offer will not be accepted. The offer will commence from May 22, 2020 and will be valid till June 10, 2020. Mega Securities Co., Ltd. acted as financial advisor, Wu Mingyi of M Y Wu & Co., CPAs acted as an accountant and Zhuang Wenyu of C&A Law Firm acted as legal advisor for Mega International.
