HEP Tech Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 149.788 million compared to TWD 145.898 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 292,000 compared to operating Income of TWD 2.386 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 3.825 million compared to TWD 4.190 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.13 compared to TWD 0.14 a year ago.
Hep Tech Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of electric light source driving components. The Company's main products include electronic ballasts, electronic transformers and light emitting diode (LED) drivers. The Company's products are applied in electric light sources such as halogen lamps, fluorescent lamps, mercury lamps, metal halide lamps, high pressure sodium lamps and LED lamps, among others. The Company distributes its products within Taiwan and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe and the Americas.
