Hawthorn Resources Ltd (ASX: HAW) advises that it has received from Feng Hua Mining Investment Co Ltd a revised Form 604 Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder that was originally provided to ASX on 15 September 2020.
Under the heading "Present Notice" at item 2 on the Form 604, the "Person's Votes" the number of shares was incorrectly shown as 64,391,383 and should have been 120,788,101. This change was due to participation in a rights issue offered to all shareholders on 18 September 2017. At that time, Feng Hua's Voting Power did not change as a result of the increase in the number of shares held, so a Form 604 was not required.
Under the heading "Present Notice" at item 2 on the Form 604, the "Voting Power" percentage shown at 37.56% was incorrectly shown and should have been shown as 36.22%. This drop of more than 1% was due to the issue of shares via the Company's Employee Share Plan on 18 October 2018 and 3 July 2020.
The correcting Form 604 notice has been lodged as a separate announcement.
