Hansol Logistics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009180) agreed to acquire Hansol Logistics India Private Limited from Hansol Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A004150) for KRW 3.7 billion on April 3, 2018. In related deals Hansol Logistics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009180) agreed to acquire Hansong International (Shanghai) Logistics Co. Ltd., Hansong International (Tianjin) Logistics Co. Ltd., and 51% stake in Goldpoint, LLC from Hansol Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A004150) for KRW 15.8 billion. The transaction was resolved by Board of Hansol Holdings Co., Ltd. on April 3, 2018. The payment date is April 5, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on April 5, 2018.
