Hankuk Carbon Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported net loss was KRW 1,060.24 million compared to KRW 847.81 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 25 compared to KRW 20 a year ago. Basic loss per share was KRW 25 compared to KRW 20 a year ago. Diluted loss per share was KRW 25 compared to KRW 20 a year ago.
For the nine months, net income was KRW 3,922.18 million compared to KRW 11,198.97 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 91 compared to KRW 260 a year ago. Hankuk Carbon Co Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of heat insulation panels. The Companyâs products consist of general materials, such as carbon sheets, which are applied in sports equipment, vehicles, airplanes and architectures; industrial materials, including heat insulation panels, which are applied in liquid natural gas (LNG) carriers, as well as electronic materials used for printed circuit boards (PCBs), and general materials applied in construction industry. Through its subsidiary, it also engages in the wholesale and export proxy business and resource development business.
