HANDYSOFT, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A220180) announced a private placement to issue 3,930,704 common shares at issue price of KRW 2,545 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 10,003,641,680 on September 27, 2019. The transaction will included participation from Osang Corporation for 1,965,352 shares and Osang Healthcare Co.,Ltd for 1,965,352 shares. The transaction is expected to close on October 15, 2019. The shares issued in the transaction has a lock up period of 1 year. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
