Greystone Logistics, Inc. announced earnings results for the full year ended May 31, 2021. For the full year, the company announced sales was USD 64.925 million compared to USD 76.204 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 6.254 million compared to USD 6.859 million a year ago. Net income was USD 3.353 million compared to USD 4.700 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.11 compared to USD 0.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.1 compared to USD 0.15 a year ago.
Greystone Logistics, Inc. is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling plastic pallets. The Companyâs primary business is the manufacturing of plastic pallets utilizing recycled plastic and selling the pallets through its wholly owned subsidiary, Greystone Manufacturing, L.L.C. The Company sells its pallets through a network of independent contractor distributors and direct sales by its President and sales department.
