Logicom, Inc. (JASDAQ:8938) agreed to acquire 29% stake in K.K. daVinci Holdings from Osamu Kaneko and three other investors on February 22, 2016. Logicom, Inc. will acquire 0.46 million shares of K.K. daVinci Holdings. Logicom, Inc. will use the proceeds of ¥700 million raised via a private placement for the acquisition. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Logicom, Inc. The transaction is expected to complete between March 11, 2016 and March 15, 2016.
