Rita Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Logicom Real Estate Co., Ltd. from Logicom, Inc. (JASDAQ:8938) for ¥400 million on June 29, 2016. Under the terms, 9,650 shares will be acquired at ¥0.04 million per share. For the year ended March 31, 2016 Logicom Real Estate Co., Ltd. reported revenues of ¥952 million, EBIT of ¥10 million, net assets of ¥947 million, total assets of ¥3.2 billion and net income of ¥801 million. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Directors of Logicom, Inc. The expected date of contract conclusion and closing of the transaction is June 30, 2016.
