Resolution No. 12/2017
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 5 January 2017

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the GPW Main List
of rights to series E bearer ordinary shares
of the company OPEN FINANCE S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 10 January 2017 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market 20,000,000 rights to series E bearer ordinary shares of the company OPEN FINANCE S.A. a par value PLN 0.01 each, coded by the National Depository for Securities as 'PLOPNFN00069';

2) to list the rights to bearer ordinary shares of the company OPEN FINANCE S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name 'OPENFIN-PDA' and the code 'OPFA'.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
