The Warsaw Stock Exchange ('Company') hereby publishes information on the allocation of series E bonds.
The offering covered 600,000 series E bearer bonds ('Bonds'). The value of the issue understood as the product of the number of the Bonds covered by the offering and the nominal price of the Bonds was PLN 60,000,000.00.
The nominal price was PLN 100.00 per Bond. The issue price per Bond depended on the subscription date as follows: (i) for subscriptions submitted on 2 January 2017 - PLN 99.88 and (ii) for subscriptions submitted on 3 January 2017 - PLN 99.89.
Subscriptions for the 600,000 Bonds in the offering were open from 2 January 2017 to 3 January 2017. The offering was broken down into tranches. The Bonds were allocated on 5 January 2017.
1,197 subscriptions for 1,640,375 Bonds were submitted in the subscription period.
The Company allocated 600,000 Bonds to 1,197 Investors.
The Company reduced the subscriptions submitted from 2 January 2017 (Oversubscription Date) to 3 January 2017 proportionately according to the terms of the Company's prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) on 29 November 2016. The average allocation rate of the subscriptions was 36.6%, i.e., each subscription was reduced by 63.4% on average.
The total payments for the 600,000 allocated Bonds (gross receipts from the issue) will be PLN 59,929,019.67 (the Bond issue is expected to be cleared on 5 January 2017).
The Company did not enter into an underwriting agreement for the Bond issue.
Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ('MAR').
